Carol is a qualified Advocate (lawyer) with over twenty years' experience in the real estate industry. She has owned and managed the top performing Durban North/Umhlanga franchise in the Pam Golding Properties Group since 2008, and has been awarded numerous accolades for her achievements.
She is highly respected as an industry leader in South Africa, and is regularly featured as a property expert across various platforms in the media.
Carol has recently purchased property in Mauritius, securing permanent residency for her family. Her personal experience as a property investor in Mauritius, coupled with her expertise in the real estate world, makes her the perfect ambassador for the Invest Mauritius Group.
Rajesh Dindoyal - Director
Based in Mauritius
Rajesh has more than 20 years of experience in the field of communications and marketing. He plays a critical role in managing MARCOM projects for Arab, Chinese and American companies over Mauritius, the Indian Ocean and, in many instances, over Africa. Rajesh has been leading the PR for Emirates in the Indian Ocean for the past 18 years.
Rajesh has been involved in promoting Dubai as a destination for many years (more than 12 press trips organised to promote the Emirate) and he was integral in developing public relations campaigns for the Dubai Expo in 2020.
Digital business strategies and the development of platforms which create access to key target markets are among his primary interests.
Olivia Pougnet - Business Development Manager
Based in Mauritius
Olivia has worked in the property sector in Mauritius for four years and has developed a unique network in Mauritius. She is a networking specialist who has an innate sense of connecting people and has used this quality efficiently during the years she spent at Pam Golding and Grit.
Olivia is well versed in marketing and has a good sense of social media penetration for businesses.
She will support campaigns over SA and sustain the development of the company over the Mauritius market as well.
